5 most popular recipe of baked fish

INGREDIENTS:

fillet of white fish (catfish, pelengas, Hyuk) — 700 g

lemon (preferably ripe) — 1 piece

flour (wheat) — 55 mg

sour cream (15%) or cream — 200 gr

blue onion 1-2 PCs

sharp hard cheese — 150 g

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Peel, wash and cut fish into large portions.

Prepare the marinade of half a lemon (roughly chopped), salt and spices and season the composition of the fish for 10 minutes. Pour it in just to thoroughly RUB on all sides.

To clean and rings cut the carrots and onions;

Lubricate the capacity for baking with olive oil, put the bottom layer of carrots over it put a layer of onions.

Next, put the fish, preferably, as closely as possible, because when fighting it will be reduced in size and may dry out or burn.

mushrooms — 50 g

vegetable oil — to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Fish fillet lightly beat off, RUB with spices and let stand 30 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion cut into half rings, to fry separately on vegetable oil. Cool slightly and add the grated cheese.

On fillet put the filling and roll them up, send in the form, lubricated with oil, and add a bit of water.

Cover the form with foil, place in oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the fish until Golden brown, optional sprinkle of additional cheese.
